no reception, which make us a bit difficult to get in. They sent the key codes to us via email about 3 days before we check in. But the problem is that I was at Spain (also part of my holiday), so it is not easy for me to get the emails. After spending dozens of Euro to phone them (using international roaming), they said they would send me text message with key codes, but I received no SMS. So finally I telephone again to ask them to send me emails instead. And I would have to find a PC or smart phone to receive emails in order to get the key codes to get into the apartment/room. It is generally not a good idea to operate an accomodation without reception and only rely on Email/SMS because people might be travelling.
